Making coffee with it is more of an “experience” than a quick caffeine fix. Watching the water siphon over and the flame extinguish itself is totaly hypnoticit’s like a science experiment that ends with a great cup of joe. The coffee tastes really clean and smooth, too, since it’s basically a vacuum brew.
It takes a bit of practice to get the timing right, and honestly, cleaning it is a bit of a chore because of all the delicate parts. But if you’ve got guests over, their jaws will drop when they see this thing runnin. Definetly worth it if you love fancy gadgets and dont mind a bit of a ritual with your morning brew.
